About — the driver
Who I am underneath the bullet points, and what keeps me moving.
Wherever I go, I want to understand the people first. My work — from leading young scouts to coordinating a civic project — has always come back to the same instinct: connect, then build.
I grew up bilingual between France and the United States, baking bread with my mother and treating each culture's recipe as a small doorway into how it sees the world. That curiosity became my compass — and my answer to xenophobia: you can't fear what you've taken the time to understand.
As a coordinator I'm at my best mobilising a team under pressure: reading the brief, assigning roles, re-explaining the goal until everyone owns it. I'm direct in communication, stubborn about following partnerships through, and happiest when preparation finally turns into real-world impact.
“Every culture has its own bread — and every loaf is a way in.”
